XIAYI company has both automatic and manual machine.
For mass production order, we will choose automatic machine, can
reach about 4000 ~ 5000 pcs per shift
per one machine.
For samples and orders with small quantity, we will still use
manual machine because we need to change
the toolings very often and will waste time.
But banded pistons from both automatic and manual machine, all have
good appearance, consistent size

Sinter pistons based, band PTFE rings on outside, can assure the
good seal and wear resistance.
